Permits (Almost!)

Just heard from Forrest - the city has finally approved the plans. Of course, he couldn't actually get the permits - due to city budget issues, the office isn't open every day. But at least now we can move forward. The roof comes off tomorrow. I am happy to finally be moving forward.
