Just when I was getting used to the ragged edges...

...they added the trim around the front door. The door company finally got the right materials here - first, they sent the wrong size, then they didn't send enough of the right trim, then they sent the wrong color. I think Forrest was about ready to drive to Oregon where the stuff comes from and pick it up himself. They have also been working on a million of the finishing touches. The trim hiding the under cabinet lights is done and the trim on the deck is getting there. Now it is time for me to get in gear and get on with the decorating! I'm really getting tired of the "sheet as window covering", but can't decide what to do. Also, I'd like to find a rug I like to add a little warmth to the living room. All in good time, I'm sure. At least the colors on the sheet work with the wall and furniture colors!
