Work has progressed a bit, albeit slowly, as Forrest recovers from knee surgery and it rained in Southern California, so work on the deck was delayed. They are nearly done the the deck, and the bulk of it has been stained or treated or whatever they are doing to it. It was a typical sunny day, today, so I sat outside and I just love the it.
Just dreaming of some new patio furniture!
The stairs down to the yard are no longer treacherous. (Of course, 4 stairs where 2 used to suffice is a big part of the solution.)
The final inspection should be next week - then on to fences, landscape design and hopefully a new bathroom!
